This role as International Key Account Coordinator is responsible for managing key commercial tracking tools and data collection processes across global markets, ensuring data quality, facilitating market feedback, and supporting the team with reporting and business insights. In addition, the role leads the coordination of global training initiatives, supports the planning and execution of team events and academies, manages team administration and budget tracking, and serves as a key point of contact between the Global Key Account Team, markets, and internal departments. Success in this role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

BUSINESS TRACKING & REPORTING

You'll coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of key commercial data from international markets, ensuring high data quality and consistency across reporting cycles. Working closely with markets and internal stakeholders, you'll manage critical tracking processes, facilitate feedback loops, and support the maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards. You'll also help transform data into clear reporting and insights that support performance monitoring and business discussions across the team.

GLOBAL TRAINING & EVENT COORDINATION

You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of global training programs, meetings, academies, and team events. This includes managing participant tracking, coordinating logistics, supporting communication with attendees and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of both learning initiatives and large-scale international events.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUDGET CONTROLLING

You'll support the planning and execution of key team projects, helping to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. In addition, you'll own the team's budget tracking and controlling processes, maintaining a clear overview of spending, monitoring budget performance, coordinating forecast and revised estimate submissions, and supporting leadership with financial planning and reporting throughout the year.

TEAM COORDINATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

You'll act as a central point of contact for the Global Key Account Team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across markets and internal departments. You'll support team administration, coordinate meetings and key initiatives, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

BUSINESS PRESENTATIONS & COMMUNICATION

You'll support the creation of presentations and communication materials for team meetings, business reviews, training programs, and leadership updates. By preparing clear and professional content, you'll help ensure effective communication across a variety of audiences.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or similar.
  • Degree in Business, Data, Mathematics, or similar.
  • Experience in Project Management or similar
  • Profound knowledge in Excel/working with data.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint/creating presentations.
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
