Key Account Manager - Events & Organiser Business (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership - you take over our established international organiser portfolio and develop it strategically, with a strong focus on Germany and the United Kingdom.
- End-to-End Delivery - you guide clients through the full project lifecycle: from early concept and commercial discussions through on-site coordination to final build, breakdown and invoicing.
- Portfolio Sales - you position and sell our complete organiser offering: hall design, themed zones, exhibitor pavilions, newcomer areas and system stand packages in a variety of formats.
- Coordination - central interface between organisers, their exhibitors and our internal teams (planning, project management, technical operations and logistics).
- Growth & Network - you identify new organiser partnerships, monitor the MICE market and expand our international footprint with senior commercial credibility.
Your Profile
- Substantial experience in the MICE industry - ideally from event management, hospitality, venue sales or the organiser side of a trade show or conference business.
- Native-level or C2 English is essential; additional languages, particularly German, are a significant advantage.
- Experienced in managing complex, senior-level relationships across cultures and genuinely comfortable working internationally.
- Frequent travel to Germany, the United Kingdom and elsewhere in Europe is an integral part of this role - one you embrace rather than merely accept.
- Working knowledge of exhibition infrastructure, stand systems and event logistics allows you to engage credibly with clients and specialists alike.
- Strong organisational discipline, a proactive service mindset and the composure to remain a reliable partner when event timelines tighten.
- A base in Vienna or Salzburg is advantageous - location is otherwise flexible.

Pay is based on the collective agreement for the commercial, skilled trades and services sectors. Your actual monthly salary will depend on your qualifications and experience and will be above the market rate. As a guide, the salary is EUR50,000 gross per annum on a full-time basis.
