Head of Global Construction Management (f/m/d)

As Head of Construction Management, you will lead the strategic development of construction standards and processes across our real estate portfolio. This is a key leadership role focused on quality, compliance, and innovation in construction delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, update, and continuously optimize construction and fit-out guidelines, processes, and technical standards;
• Provide expert advice and support to internal and external project managers on construction standards and procedures;
• Ensure quality assurance and monitor the implementation of defined standards across all projects;
• Establish and maintain a central framework for construction projects within the organization;
• Drive alignment of construction practices with corporate strategy and operational goals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field;
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally within CREM, real estate, or industrial sectors;
• Proven experience in managing general contractors and subcontractors;
• Strong knowledge of construction law, building technology, and project management methodologies;
• Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 73,149.86 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
