Requirements Manager (f/m/d)

As a Requirements Manager (f/m/d) in Bergheim (Salzburg) or Vienna, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain innovative solutions
• Act as an interface between business and implementation teams
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Support projects, rollouts and release planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in business, IT or equivalent experience
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Infor LN) and IT projects
• English skills, German is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with a readiness to embrace new technologies

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
