This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Learning & Development function within Red Bull's Global Media Channels team, focusing on digital media activities and projects. As an intern, you'll assist the Senior Project Manager in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for two key audiences: the HQ media channels team and channel & programming specialists across global markets.
Your responsibilities will include helping to organize a large-scale training summit for approximately 100 participants, enhancing onboarding processes for market teams, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing training initiatives. At HQ, you'll contribute to organizing team gatherings, revamping the onboarding journey for new hires, and identifying new training opportunities that will be impactful for people & the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, digital media, and global collaboration.
We are looking for someone who can start in January 2026 for six months.
In this internship, you'll support the planning and execution of the Global Summit, bringing key stakeholders together in May 2026.
You'll support and coordinate onboarding activities for market teams, including organizing onboarding visits and maintaining onboarding content on our internal communication Hub. Additionally, you'll assist in developing and implementing a fresh onboarding journey for the HQ Media Channels team, ensuring alignment with team culture and role expectations.
In this internship, you'll maintain and update general training materials and deliverables, ensuring consistency with the Media Network Training Guidance and relevance to current team needs.
You'll collaborate with the manager and key stakeholders (e.g., Social Media & Owned Media Team) to enhance training initiatives that foster impactful learning experiences and performance excellence.
