Internship PMO Quality Management Q (f/m/d)

We, in the global Project Management Office Quality Management, are a young dynamic team and a department within the Center of Excellence Quality Management. We drive the vision and strategy of quality through strategic programs, projects, prioritizing value and adaptability to achieve results. For our young, dedicated team in Bergheim, we are looking for support for 6-9 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in project management and organization in different Q-projects
• Support in improving existing and developing new technical solutions for quality
• Creation of technical and user guidelines
• Support of and implementation of dashboard in Power Bi
• Assist in project communication and marketing as well as in administration of the PMO (Smartsheet)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing or completed studies in the economic or technical field, preferably with a focus on project management
• Knowledge of agile project management methods and KPIs is desirable
• In-depth IT knowledge, especially with Microsoft Products (e. g. Power Automate or Power BI) and Smartsheet
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent English skills are a must, German language skills are an advantage

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,911.00 is paid on a full-time basis.
