Area Sales Manager Hook & Skip Loaders (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about driving growth and building strong customer relationships? As our new Area Sales Manager for Hook & Skip Loaders (f/m/d) for the Northwest Europe markets, you'll be a key player in shaping success across your allocated markets. You'll take ownership of sales performance, optimize margins, and ensure that customer needs are clearly understood and addressed throughout the organization. This dynamic role combines strategic execution with hands-on market engagement--perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Hook & Skip Loaders segments, managing the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure optimal product positioning and customer satisfaction.
• Support with mounting instructions, technical documentation, and specification guidance.
• The ASM translates customer issues into inputs for Application Management and Product Management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated track record in area sales, business development, or product support, with preferred experience in lifting equipment, commercial vehicle sectors, or industries such as waste and recycling or municipal services.
• Practical understanding of truck chassis integration, hydraulics, and Hook & Skip Loaders systems and experience working with bodybuilder processes and providing installation guidance would be considered as a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with varied stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; French or German is an advantage, and other languages are welcome.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with occasional international travel in the EMEA region.

The minimum gross wage according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
