Project Manager Special Lifting Solutions (f/m/d)

In the cutting-edge field of Special Lifting Solutions, we turn bold ideas into reality. We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager - SLS (f/m/d) at our Köstendorf location to lead challenging, high-impact product and customer-specific development projects, with a focus on large-scale robotics, defense applications, and series production projects, including truck-mounted forklifts and customized railway solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate, lead, and manage global projects in the field of special lifting solutions, from project start to successful completion
• Plan, allocate, and monitor time, budget, and resources within the assigned area of responsibility
• Drive cross-functional standard and configured projects, as well as customer-specific projects, ensuring alignment across international teams
• Continuously monitor and steer project progress, ensuring KPIs and quality targets are consistently achieved
• Building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical or commercial education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable)
• At least 3 years of experience in project management with overall responsibility for complex projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent coordination and organizational skills, are among the core strengths
• Goal-oriented, efficient and strong in implementation
• Commercial understanding, affinity for financial figures and costs
• Willingness to travel, several days abroad required depending on the project phase

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
