Mechanical Engineer (f/m/d)

In the innovative "Special Lifting Solutions" division, new ideas are put into practice. Each new development undergoes a structured process through all necessary development phases - from the concept phase to series production. This diverse and challenging activity offers the opportunity to continuously contribute to process improvements, both in workflows and design.

Your responsibilities

• Component dimensioning and creation of 3D models and standard-compliant design drawings for new assemblies
• Conducting static calculations and FEM analyses, including report generation
• Continuous coordination with internal interfaces such as production and quality management
• Meeting deadlines, product costs, and quality
• Analysis of damage and failure loads of components, including fracture analysis

Your qualifications

• Completed training in mechanical engineering/mechatronics (HTL, FH, TU)
• Professional experience as a designer or development engineer
• Good 3D CAD skills, preferably with Creo
• Team-oriented personality, intercultural competence, and goal-oriented work ethic as well as self-motivation and ambition
• Very good German and English skills

We offer an attractive, performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which may be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (the collective agreement minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52,197.04 gross per year).
