Director Global Spare Parts (f/m/d)

As a Director of Global Spare Parts at our location in Bergheim, you take a key leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global spare parts strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You support the transformation towards a new global parts organization setup and lead a high-performing global team across all regions, ensuring availability, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence in spare parts operations.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global spare parts strategy aligned with the company's aftersales and service vision
• Build and lead a high-performing global team with clear accountability and performance metrics
• Oversee global spare parts operations, including supply chain, hub planning, pricing, digitalization, and inventory optimization
• Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic portfolio management, segmentation, and lifecycle planning
• Ensure global availability and delivery performance through effective forecasting and inventory management
• Enhance digital and e-commerce solutions for spare parts, leveraging data analytics and customer insights

Your qualifications

• Many years of senior leadership experience in aftermarket, parts, or service roles, ideally within heavy equipment, industrial machinery or automotive sectors
• Proven global experience managing complex operations across diverse regions and cultures; MBA preferred
• Expertise in spare parts logistics, supply chain management, pricing strategies, and digital sales channels
• Strong commercial and strategical capabilities, including P&L ownership and leading organizational transformation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
