What You'll Do

• Technical Support: Provide expert support for development teams, subsidiaries, and partners worldwide, ensuring seamless access management solutions.
• Incident Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of customer installations.
• Problem Management: Identify, analyse and prepare bugs so development teams can go further with root cause analysis and bug fixing
• Knowledge Management: Share your knowledge by conducting technical training sessions (online and face-to-face) and maintaining our knowledge database.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners, helping uphold internal standards and processes (e.g., problem-solving, operational level agreements, on-call duties).
• System Optimization: Leverage your technical expertise to support both standard and customer-specific solutions, mainly through remote support.
