Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation.
For our headoffice in Altenmarkt im Pongau / Salzburg we are looking for an Intern Controlling (duration 4-6 months).
During your internship, you'll support the HR Controlling team on-site and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.

Key mission and accountabilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly personnel planning
• Support the allocation of budget values on a monthly basis
• Prepare posting templates to support the Accounting Team
• Compile and process data for internal reporting and evaluations
• Support in the analysis of HR key figures and variance reports
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR, and Business Controlling teams

Your profile and required competencies:

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Solid command of English, both written and spoken; German skills at a conversational level or higher are a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible work ethic
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a structured approach to work

The duration of the internship depends on your qualifications and the purpose of your internship or training. The longer you are with us, the more insight you can gain into everyday working life. The maximum duration is 4-6 months. The gross salary is 1850 euros per month.
