Do you want to oversee and manage the end-to-end product development process within our fashion division?

Then come and join our team and lead a team of developers and patterns to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, sourcing, the quality team and external suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product development and delivery.

Team Leadership & Management

In this exciting role, you'll inspire and guide the product development and pattern team to achieve peak performance and seamless workflow. As a hands-on leader, you'll not only oversee a designated product group but also actively engage with your team, offering direct support and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Product Development Oversight

Another responsibility of this role will be to oversee the end-to-end product development process from concept through final pre-production approval. This involves collaborating with design to ensure creative vision is maintained while ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring technical packages (tech packs), BOMs, fit comments, and revisions are accurate and up-to-date throughout the development cycle as well as ensuring fit & quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

In this role you'll work closely with design, product management, merchandising, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to align on product objectives.

Vendor & Supplier Communication

You'll be the key liaison with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to manage sample development, cost negotiations, and production feasibility along with the buying team.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 6+ years of experience in product development, including, at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, costing and production, especially in the premium & sport segment.
  • Provide technical guidance to design and development teams to translate creative concepts into feasible, high-quality products.
  • Experience working with international vendors (e.g., Asia, Europe) and proficient in MS Office; skilled in Adobe Illustrator, PLM system knowledge and 3D development knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Hands-on and motivating leadership skills to drive a high-performing development and pattern team.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
