Target Costing Manager (f/m/d)

You will join a team that, as an internal service provider, focuses on product cost optimization with innovative ideas - both for development projects and existing products. To continue implementing our projects, we need a dedicated colleague who will work with us to make our company even more successful. What you can expect:

• Analysis of the cost structure of an (existing or new) product and identification of cost deviations from the target costs
• Identification of cost potentials based on internal and external benchmarking
• Close collaboration with product development, purchasing and production to find cost-effective solutions without compromising product quality or customer requirements
• Continuous monitoring of cost development during the product development process including reporting to management
• Expert and first point of contact for all product cost issues within your area of ​​responsibility

What you bring:

• Completed training (HTL, FH, TU) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Affinity for financial figures: understanding of complex relationships in the area of ​​calculation and costs
• Teamwork - Interdisciplinary cooperation with the development departments, purchasing, production, quality and controlling
• Experience with data preparation and processing (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
• English, spoken and written

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (the collective agreement minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52,197.04 gross per year).
