Teamlead Servicetraining (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team in Kasern (Salzburg), we are looking for a experienced Teamlead for our Servicetraining Team. You take over the responsibility for your department to make sure that our global partners get their necessary Trainings to get qualified.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the service trainer and qualify & develop the competence of trainers
• Create the qualification journey for service employees with your team
• Organize and coordinate training planning globally with our local training manager
• Execute and ensure the delivery of training for our Palfinger product portfolio
• Work together with other departments, take on and incorporate training topics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical education (Meister/HTL/FH/TU) in the field of mechanical or technical engineering
• Several years of experience in the field of training (design & coordination)
• Experience in leading & developing teams
• Interdisciplinary understanding and interest in teamwork, structured as well as organized way of working
• Fluent in English and German; Willingness to travel global (30%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.766,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
